Sheila Osei-Boakye

Sheila Osei-Boakye is a distinguished Ghanaian education entrepreneur and social impact leader with over a decade of experience in social enterprise management, inclusive education delivery, youth empowerment, and community wellbeing. Her professional expertise spans STEAM and TVET education, teacher capacity development, youth employability, and women’s wellness initiatives across Ghana.

As Chief Executive Officer of Inno-Create Solutions, Sheila provides visionary and strategic leadership in designing and implementing programmes that address learning gaps, gender inequality, and skills deficits affecting children, girls, women, and vulnerable youth. Her leadership approach is anchored in measurable impact, community ownership, and strong alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Under her stewardship, i-CREATE has successfully delivered literacy clinics, health and wellness outreach programmes, entrepreneurship and employability training, and menstrual health initiatives, positively impacting thousands of beneficiaries nationwide.

Sheila also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Prempeh Academy, where she champions academic excellence, holistic learner development, and learner-centred education. She is a strong advocate for early identification of learning and developmental challenges and actively promotes collaboration among schools, health professionals, families, and community organisations to improve educational outcomes.

Sheila holds an International Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Ghana. Her leadership uniquely blends strategic management expertise with grassroots advocacy to drive inclusive, sustainable, and scalable social impact.

Felix Awuku Afeti

Director, Finance and Administration

Felix Awuku Afeti is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience delivering systemic transformation in finance, administration, and non-profit development across Africa. His expertise lies at the intersection of financial governance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and SDG/ESG frameworks, enabling him to bridge technical innovation with strong institutional governance.

At Inno-Create Solutions, Felix provides strategic oversight for financial management, administrative systems, and organisational compliance. He has designed and strengthened operational and governance frameworks for several social enterprises and NGOs, embedding robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems to enhance accountability, transparency, and impact.

Felix brings extensive experience in grant strategy, investment fund management, corporate governance, and financial reporting. His work supports organisations to meet international donor standards while maintaining operational efficiency and sustainability. Guided by ethical leadership and technical rigour, he plays a critical role in positioning i-CREATE and its partners for long-term growth and global relevance.
