Jane Agboado Fugah

Jane Agboado Fugah is a certified TVET trainer and social enterprise practitioner dedicated to economic empowerment through technical and vocational skills development. She brings deep expertise in garment construction, pattern drafting, and competency-based training, with a focus on low-income women, young mothers, and out-of-school youth.

Within Inno-Create Solutions, Jane leads the design and delivery of market-driven TVET and skills development programmes that integrate technical training with mentorship, entrepreneurship education, and employability support. Her work aligns with Ghana’s national TVET frameworks and international development priorities.

Jane’s programmes have generated tangible socio-economic outcomes, including improved household incomes, enhanced self-reliance, and increased participation of women in productive economic activities. She plays a key role in advancing i-CREATE’s mission to deliver inclusive and sustainable skills development solutions.
