His expertise lies at the intersection of financial governance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and SDG/ESG frameworks, enabling him to bridge technical innovation with strong institutional governance.

At Inno-Create Solutions, Felix provides strategic oversight for financial management, administrative systems, and organisational compliance. He has designed and strengthened operational and governance frameworks for several social enterprises and NGOs, embedding robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems to enhance accountability, transparency, and impact.
