David Wade

David Wade is a highly accomplished technology executive and founder of KastleTek, with over thirty years of experience across engineering, cybersecurity governance, digital risk management, and STEM education. His career includes senior leadership roles as Senior Vice President of a publicly traded Canadian company and Vice President of a Fortune Global Top Ten corporation, where he led complex initiatives under rigorous governance and risk management frameworks.

As Technical Director at INNO-CREATE SOLUTIONS, David provides strategic direction on technology innovation, cybersecurity governance, and digital systems alignment with organisational objectives. He specializes in integrating cybersecurity controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks into business and social enterprise operations, ensuring digital resilience and sustainability.

David also brings extensive board and governance experience, having served as Chairman of JARS, Inc., Director of Epic Aviation, LLC, and as a member of the Chicago United CEO Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Drexel University.
